How to Submit Photographs or Videos 

The Land Rover Club of Las Vegas would love to post photographs and videos that you've taken on one of our outings.

Submitting Photographs

To submit photographs to be included on this web site, use the following instructions:

• Photographs may be submitted to the LRCLV site Photography Editor via FTP over the Internet or by delivering your photographs on CD, or DVD at the next club meeting.  
• Photographs may be in BMP, JPG, GIF, PSD, TIF, or PNG formats.
• Be sure to include with your photographs a description of the event and the date of the event. Photo sets that are delivered without this information will be held until this information is received.
• It is not necessary for you to edit the size or format of the photographs.
• LRCLV reserves the right to reject photographs which do not meet club standards for quality or content.

Submitting Videos

To submit videos to be included on this web site, use the following instructions:

• Videos may be submitted to the LRCLV site Photography Editor via CD, or DVD at the next club meeting. Please make sure that the CD or DVD was burned in a data format containing the video file. CDs or DVDs which were burned in an authoring format cannot be transferred to the web site.
• Videos must be in the MPG, RealVideo, Flash, Windows Media,  or QuickTime formats with a frame size no larger than 320 x 240.
• Be sure to include with your video a description of the event and the date of the event. Videos that are delivered without this information will be held until this information is received.
• Videos should be no longer than 60 seconds in play length.
• Video files should use adequate compression to limit the video file size to less than 3MB.
• Videos must be edited before submission. LRCLV does not have the equipment required to edit videos.
• LRCLV reserves the right to reject videos which do not meet club standards for quality or content.
